Hi, I’m Krys!

I am Coach Krys, the CEO and Head Coach at Revolution Health and Fitness, and I am excited to spend these next 5 modules teaching you how to push past your own plateau or better manage plateaus as they happen (because they do and they will!). 

I spent YEARS frustrated on my own journey and that frustration usually came from hitting a plateau with zero clue where to go next. I was “doing all the right things” yet still never being successful in actually pushing the plateau that I was met with time and time again. I firsthand know and understand the challenges that can come with an overflowing amount of information on the internet and not knowing what is right or wrong for my body. For that reason, I created this mini course to be your one stop shop to gain answers that are not filled with BS and unsustainable strategies!

WELCOME TO PUSHING THE PLATEAU! 

This mini course is structured to help you:

  • Create more control and less overwhelm in order to feel like the strong and capable individual that you are!
