"I have been working with Krystina for a little over a year now. I have not only grown in physical strength but also grown mentally in my day-to-day life actions and making better decisions for my health and wellbeing. My initial goal with Krystina was fat loss and creating a half marathon program, with minimum strength training days. I was able to complete that personal goal of mine. After that goal, I switched gears to increase my strength in the gym. I have gone through periods of cut, bulk, and maintenance diets with Krystina. I have learned how to provide myself with all the nutrients to perform well. I have excelled in certain exercises I thought were never possible, including deadlift in the 200s and bench pressing 100s.

"My coaching experience was nowhere near typical, or what one would think as “normal”. With some tough mental health issues and a bad relationship with food/exercise, I was anxious about the process. Little did I know within 6 months my life and mindset would be completely different. I was blessed with Megan for my nutrition and fitness coach, where she worked with me to ensure I was getting enough fuel to sustain my everyday life. She teaches me how to check in, keep up with my progress, and push myself to be the best me I can be. “Working with Revolution, and Devin in particular, has been life-changing. It sounds dramatic but I really do feel like my quality of life has changed. I eat better because I have a much greater knowledge of nutrition and how food works with my body. I’m sleeping better because I’ve dedicated more time to it after seeing patterns in my biofeedback. Better nutrition choices mean my body is functioning better, so my workouts are better than ever. Physically I am in the best shape I have ever been, feeling stronger than ever, and I feel so much better physically than I did six months ago! Because my approach to food has changed so much, I no longer have anxiety around eating things like ice cream or going out for dinner and having a burger and fries. I feel more free in every aspect of eating and nutrition.
Aside from feeling better physically and mentally, I think the greatest takeaway from this experience will be everything I learned about macros and food choices. I said to Devin once that macros felt like magic, like I had learned some trick. Like how am I making so much progress while eating bread, bagels, ice cream, and cheese?!
