Are you actually being as consistent as you say you are??
Alright ladies, get ready for this one because I might be calling you out 👀
Seeing progress in a fitness journey comes down to one thing: consistency.
You’ve probably heard that before, right? Consistency over motivation. The best way to stay true to your goals and see the progress that you want to see is to follow through with your goals.
So, how consistent do you have to be anyways? Pretty dang consistent!
Ask yourself these questions:
- Are you just tracking your intake or are you actually hitting your macro goals?
- Are you saying that you are hitting your macros but are only actually tracking a few days of the week and the rest of the days were “good enough” or you “ate mindfully”?
- Are you actually tracking accurately AND tracking everything you eat or are you lenient about it?
- Are you hitting ALL of your workouts each week or just 50-75% of them?
- If you have assigned cardio, are you following through with those sessions?
There’s a big difference between having goals set and actually hitting them. So, how honest are you actually being with yourself about these things?
Holding ourselves accountable is HARD, especially when no one else is watching 😬 Some people just need that extra set of eyes to make sure they are following through with what they need to be doing. If this sounds like you, you may just need a coach to help make sure you are staying consistent and being honest with yourself. Apply to work with our team!
