Down 10 lbs while eating 1000+ more calories and working out at home...

Check out one of my old clients, K, who jumped into the program ready to make changes to tone up and having more energy but unsure of how to do so. Before we started working together, K was eating around 800-1000 calories a day with a super active nurse lifestyle, but no consistent workout routine.

What we did:

- Immediately started a reverse diet and increased her intake from 800 calories to 2100 across 5 months

- Started with 3 full body workouts and worked up to a 5 day workout split ALL FROM HOME with just a few dumbbells and resistance bands

- Focused on sleep and recovery

- Worked on consistent movement and balancing that with a busy work schedule

- A complete change in diet - less processed food and more clean eating + a lot more protein!


What we accomplished:

- Feeling comfortable with exercise and moving her body

- A consistent workout routine for months!!

- 10lbs of weight loss

- Decreased puffiness, bloating, and discomfort

- Feeling energized and present each day

- Feeling GOOD in a bikini

- The flexibility of still participating in social events and going camping most weekends
