FITNESS JOURNEY FAQs
We know your fitness journey can be confusing, overwhelming, frustrating, all of the things!! So let's answer some of our most frequently asked questions and simplify some things!
Where do I start? - ANYWHERE! probably not the answer you were wanting but it's the truth! Don't overthink things! Start by walking more, increasing your water, eating a veggie every now and then and start to build from there! Once you get the momentum rolling, the progress starts happening!
What type of training should I do? - Whatever you enjoy and will stick with! Don't enjoy running? Then don't do it!! There is no wrong way to exercise BUT some some may work better towards your goals than others.
How much cardio should I do and when should I do it? - No reason to be a cardio bunny ok!? Your daily movement will be much more important that true, intense cardio. Get your butts up and go on walks, park farther away at stores, take the stairs, etc! If you are doing cardio, we suggest doing it after your training sessions!
What foods should I not eat? - Focus on what you can add to your meals, rather than taking things away! We fully believe a well rounded, balanced life is the happiest, most sustainable life!
