How much water should you be drinking?
It is HOT and HUMID out this time of year.
One thing that you should really be focused on right now is staying hydrated, especially when you are out in the sun.
But how much water should you be drinking?
Rule of thumb is to take your weight, divide it by 2, and drink that number in oz!
For example, someone who weighs 150lbs, should be drinking 75 oz of water! (150/2=75)
