Let’s Hydrate!

Warmer months are quickly approaching which means there is no better time to start increasing your water intake! Staying hydrated is crucial all of the time but especially during summer months as we're outside more.


Don't like drinking water? Forget to drink it during busy days? We understand!! But let's talk ways to help that!

  1. Add some flavor! Using fruits and herbs is a fun way to spice it up. Crystal light/mio/etc are great to keep on hand. Throw in some EAAs or BCAAs for some extra flavor and helpful amino acids!

  2. Remind yourself! Set timers on your phone for a cue to drink! I use the app Habit and have it set to remind me every half hour during the day!

  3. Start your day off with it! Wake up, get out of bed and fill up a glass. No better way to start the day than with a refreshing, cold glass of H2O!

  4. Buy yourself a cute water bottle! I never thought that would help BUT I got myself a Stanley cup and have never drank more water 😳😝

Water is one of the most important things our bodies need! Improved brain performance, better digestion, increased energy, aids in weight loss, decreased joint pain, regulates body temperature, healthy heart and kidneys, the list could go on!
