Let's talk about priorities!

Priorities are different from person to person and from one persons perspective, your priorities might be low on their list and vice versa. If everyone had the same exact priorities, we would have a lot of things neglected in this world!

Do you want to change your priorities? Are you prioritizing nights out at the bar but instead you want to prioritize late nights in the gym?

Do you make it a priority to go last minute to the gym resulting in just 4 hours of sleep that night?

It might be hard to know what you should put first and this is a tool a coach might use to direct you in the right path and get those priorities straight!

Each wedge in the pie pertains to a specific aspect in your health and fitness journey. Each section in each slice determines how consistent you are with that priority. The more filled out each slice is, the better you are doing!

This model can be created for any type of priorities as well, not just fitness and nutrition!
