MOTION IS LOTION!
Do you struggle getting back to the gym after you tweaked a muscle in a lift?
I know you think you need to sit it out until it feels better BUT that is the exact opposite of what you need to do.
Don't go back blazin' into the gym but, head in there, get on the treadmill for 15-20 mins and go about your normally scheduled program.
Lower the weights, do less reps, do less sets, but keep moving!!
Movement will bring blood flow to the injured area & promote the healing process. When all Is said & done, do some stretching or yoga to maintain your mobility.
Always remember: Motion is lotion, you need to move to improve.
